One Big Weekend, 100 different venues, more than 5,000 people, learning something new
February 13th – 15th 2010 brought together the talents of Nottinghamshire. Lots of people did something different over the Big learning Weekend, taking part in one or more of the 219 events which took place across Nottinghamshire. Over 70 new venues were used during this 3 day extravaganza with events taking place in shopping centres, empty shops, Health Centres, and even more libraries than ever before. Sure Start joined in and many arts organisations, shops and leisure centres put on activities.
